Lady Luck Games completes the acquisition of the entire B2B business of Danske Spigo ApS

On 30 August 2021, LL Lucky Games AB (publ) announced the intention to acquire the entire B2B business of Danske Spigo ApS. Following the completion of due diligence, the acquisition is now being completed as previously announced.

In addition to bringing us important revenue and opening up new revenue opportunities, we expect this will also bring about an improvement in our profitability. We are adding 27 new casino games with several years of continuous growth to our already strong product portfolio along with a key technical aggregation platform.
