Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and acquisition efforts, with a focus on expanding our portfolio and forging strategic partnerships in the digital entertainment sector. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities, targeting potential clients and partners across various sectors.
- Drive sales growth by generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities, positioning the company as a leader in the space.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful onboarding of new clients and partners.
- Set and track sales performance targets, reporting regularly on progress and adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition in the digital entertainment, software, or technology sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs.
