Embark Group AB (publ) (”Bolaget”) har beslutat att utse Pareto Securities AB (”Pareto”) till sin likviditetsgarant. Avtalet med Pareto träder i kraft den 2 september 2024.
Pareto kommer att tillhandahålla likviditet för Bolagets aktie, som är noterad på Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm, i enlighet med Nasdaq Stockholms regelverk för likviditetsgaranti. Syftet är att främja likviditeten i aktien och minska volatiliteten.
