EMB Mission Bound AB (publ) (“EMB Mission Bound”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Olsson as its new Head of Legal. With 19 years of experience across regulatory, commercial, and cross-border legal matters, Emma brings a strong and well-rounded background that will reinforce EMB’s legal framework and support the Group’s long-term growth.
Emma has overseen legal and compliance matters within the gaming sector for global operator and supplier organizations. She has previously held Head of Legal and other senior legal roles, where she has led legal and compliance operations and supported senior leadership across commercial, regulatory, and governance functions. Her experience includes aligning processes in more than 50 markets and conducting risk and regulatory assessments in both established and emerging jurisdictions.
She has developed broad legal experience across both private practice and public service. She operated an independent legal practice in the United States, advising on corporate, commercial, and risk matters, and later served within the Government of Sweden in regulatory-legal roles. This combined background informs her practical and steady approach to legal strategy. She is licensed with the State Bar of California and holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from California Western School of Law.
