1. Develop and maintain game probability systems, including probability models for in-game items, random events, and other game elements. 2. Perform data analysis to identify and evaluate probability issues or optimization opportunities in the game. 3. Work closely with game designers and development teams to ensure that game design and probability models work together. 4. Design and implement testing plans to verify and validate the correctness and fairness of probability models. 5. Monitor probability performance during game operation, respond to and resolve problems quickly. 6. Participate in game balance adjustments to ensure that the game provides satisfactory challenges and rewards. 7. Write services in Java and work with backend engineers (experience in writing model APIs).
