Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Review bank statements, ledgers, and financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Facilitate the settlement of payments between financial institutions, partners, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare reconciliation reports, monitor outstanding balances, and support audits while contributing to process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in financial settlements within banking, payments, or fintech, with knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools for reconciliation, such as Excel, ERP systems, or specialized reconciliation software.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving and discrepancy resolution.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify and address potential issues.
