We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business goals.
- Oversee recruiting plans, strategy, processes and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
- Address and resolve grievances, conduct investigations, and foster a positive work environment.
- Design and oversee the performance appraisal system.
- Assess training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Support organizational change initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to optimize staffing levels.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management on employee performance, turnover rates, and engagement levels.
- Utilize data to drive HR strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
