We are seeking an experienced Esports Account Manager with a deep understanding of European Esports landscape to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and facilitating partnerships within the Esports industry. You will leverage your knowledge of the gaming community, competitive events, and market trends to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Main Tasks
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, such as upselling additional services or cross-selling new products. Drive revenue targets through effective account management strategies.
- Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, engaging with prospects, and presenting tailored solutions. Develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence and acquire new customers.
- Customer Support: Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and efficient support. Resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain a positive client experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor client account performance and gambling activity. Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving customer engagement and revenue.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for clients, including performance metrics, campaign outcomes, and recommendations for future strategies.
- Compliance Awareness: Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to online gambling. Ensure that all client activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Market Research: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to better serve clients.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure clients’ needs are met effectively.
Personal Requirements
- You are based in EU/UK.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the online gambling industry or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of online gambling products, including sports betting, casino games, poker, and bingo.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to online gambling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years minimum experience working with gaming
- 5 years minimum as an account manager
- Business development experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages relevant to target markets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, particularly within the gambling industry.
- Location: Remote, with occasional travel to meet with clients as required.
