We love the retro space theme throughout the slot. What were the main inspirations behind the theme of Astro Anna?
Space-themed slots are still very popular among players and operators. Almost every game provider has cosmic theme games in their portfolio. We`ve realized that this is what we are missing in our expanding selection of games. Therefore, our creative team came up with the idea of developing Astro Anna. NASA aims to launch astronauts to Mars by the late 2030s or early 2040s. We overtook them by sending our fearless cosmonaut in 2022. Astro Anna needs to ensure the correct fuel flow in the spinning pipes in order to accomplish her mission. This task is not easy, as she needs to fight invading aliens on the way.

It’s safe to say that Astro Anna is not your typical online slot. Can you explain the unique mechanic featured in Astro Anna?
We introduced the pipe mechanics to the players and operators in August of last year, in our title about a mad inventor, Mr. Alchemister. This game was a big success, so we`ve decided to create yet another title using our innovative pipe mechanics. This time we took it to the next level by adding more features to make this game mechanic even more entertaining.
So, Astro Anna is a 5reel, 5rows slot with 11 symbols that represent sections of a pipe that can connect to two, three, or four sides of the square it lands on, connecting to a pipe in the surrounding squares. Once the pipes spin into a complete connection to the sides of the grid, a prize is awarded. Additional features are random multipliers land on pipes increasing your win if they land on the connected pipe.

What are the additional bonuses that await players in the Astro Anna?
Astro Anna offers a Free Spins bonus round that is triggered by connecting 4, 5, or 6 prizes in one round; players can receive 10, 15, or 20 Free Spins, respectively. When the gamers are lucky enough to trigger 7, 8, 9, or 10 prizes during one spin, they will also be awarded a multiplier up to 20x, which will be added on top of the initial multiplier. All of this is displayed on the counter while entering the Free Spins Round. The multiplier is sticky and can increase during the bonus game up to 50x.

What is your favorite part of Astro Anna?
Due to the pipe mechanics, Astro Anna is one of my favorite Lady Luck games, and it is very difficult just to pick the best part. I like how we`ve managed to develop Anna and how nicely she interacts with the players. Also, the first time I saw the Big Win presentation, I was amazed by the animations, flying coins, and Anna shooting aliens with her laser gun. This adds an additional flair to the game and improves entertaining values. Keep an ear out for her battle cry.

What’s next for Lady Luck Games after Astro Anna?
In August of this year, we partnered with Big Time Gaming. Due to this agreement, we are now able to produce slot games with Megaways mechanics. Our first Megaways slot will be SpinJoy Society, which will be released in less than a month from now.
