LL Lucky Games AB (the “Company”) is now officially Embark Group AB.
The Annual General Meeting, held on June 28, 2024, resolved to change the Company’s name. This change has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
The Company’s ticker symbol on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market will change to EMB starting July 15, 2024.
As part of the name change, the Company is presenting a new logo for Embark Group AB. Additionally, the Company will soon launch a new website, redirecting traffic from the current site. The new website will be introduced through a separate press release.
