Den 28 oktober 2022 avslutades nyttjandeperioden för LL Lucky Games AB (”Bolaget”) teckningsoptioner av serie TO1, vilka inkluderades i de units som emitterades i samband med Bolagets noteringsemission 2021.
Då kursen för nyttjande av teckningsoptioner av serie TO1 under hela perioden överstigit den gällande aktiekursen, har inga teckningsoptioner av serie TO1 nyttjats. Därmed är aktiekapitalet och antalet aktier i Bolaget oförändrat.
