The Swedish game studio LL Lucky Games AB (the “Company”) has decided to postpone the publication of the quarterly report for Q1 2024 to 31 May 2024, and the publication of the Company’s 2023 annual report to 7 June 2024. Both the reports were previously communicated to be published on 24 May 2024.
The decision to extend the publication date of the quarterly and annual reports has been made to ensure that the Company can thoroughly and accurately provide additional disclosures in the financial statements as required by IFRS. The transition to IFRS, which was applied for the first time for the financial year 2023, represents an important milestone for the Company as it aligns its financial reporting with globally recognized standards, improving global accessibility and comparability.
